The country hotel "Colle del Barbarossa" is situated in the west side of the Colli Eganei’s Regional Park.

Its position favours natural routes, on foot or by bike, and cultural routes for the presence in the park of many naturalistic and ethnographical museum, we can also admire some ancient stone-made villages, some medieval fortress, some typical Venetian villages, hermitages and monasteries.

It’s situated at the foot of Rocca Pendice, a famous stone and archaeological site of remarkable importance for the ruins of the castle, which was theatre of some historical events.

We remind our guests the closeness with Padua and the thermal baths of Abano and Montegrotto Terme.

We offer hospitality in a typical rural restored house, in which you can feel rural aspects and typical traditions.

There are three double bedrooms, alls with toilets and shower, the kitchen can be used only for breakfast.

We sell some typical products of our production like wine, oil , honey and little fruits.

During the summer, our guests can use the external spaces to take a meal.

How to get to Colle del Barbarossa

By car: coming from the motor-way A-13 Padova-Bologna, exit of Monselice, take the state road Padana Inferiore towards Este. From Este, skirt the Colli Euganei in the direction of Vo’ Euganeo. From Vo’ Euganeo go to Teolo. In Teolo center, follow the indication to Castelnuovo, approximately 1500 meters after, on your right, there is "Colle del Barbarossa".

Coming from the motor-way A4 Milano-Venezia, exit of Padova Est, get the "tangenziale" road, exit of Abano Terme and follow the indication to Colli-Euganei-Teolo. In Teolo centre follow the indication to Castelnuovo, approximately 1500 meters after, on your right, there is "Colle del Barbarossa".

By train: Padova train station 18 km or Terme Euganee 12km. Taxi and bus service.

By plane: Venezia airport 50 km. taxi and bus service.
